  Service was excellent, very freindly welcome upon entering. Excellent menu selection and possibly the best fish n chips I have ever had. Home cooked chips, fresh fish and excellent salads.

  If you want gourmet fish and chips with a great view and amazing quality seafood this is the place for you. It is always tasty and the grilled fish is cooked well and the calamari is amazing as well

  What do they add to the fish and chips because I am addicted! Seriously this is one of my all time favourite places to have fish and chips and I always make a purposeful b-line for Fishos if I'm ever passing by the area. They cook the fish perfectly with a super crispy batter with delicate moist fish inside. There is a delightful accompaniment of pickles and salad and don't forget the chips. I love how they only service local sustainable fish, no Bassa here! Yes it is more pricey but pay it, because it is better for the ecology and tastes so much better! I also love the cool outdoor seating area they have created overlooking the water! This concept could easily take off in other seaside areas of Australia, I'm looking at you Gold Coast!

  The fish with salad and the oysters were amazing. We shared everything so the price seemed reasonable but on reflection, it was extremely expensive. The other issue is that a schooner of beer was $8 when other locals are serving pints for $8 and $9. Food-wise 5 stars. Overall, taste is great but value for money is not.

  Went there on Saturday, 28 Jan, because of the many amazing reviews. We got there and the food looked good. My OH was pretty hungry so we decided to go for the fish packs that serve 4 people (the first one on the menu). Unfortunately we paid $65 for an amount of fish suitable for one person. However the fish was on a bed of two types of salads that really could feed 4 people. Also, the fish (guppy shark) really could have tasted better - was nothing special. Really disappointed and won't go back. Like the other guy said three weeks ago - we feel ripped off.
